These terms cover the EOR Scope plugin and connector for AI assistants, served from https://mcp.eorscope.com/mcp. EOR Scope is published by Trésor Kaya, entrepreneur individuel (EI), trading as Les Créavores, SIREN 521 464 644, 1 rue du Sculpteur Bussière, 57130 Ars-sur-Moselle, France (research@eorscope.com). Using the tools means you accept these terms.
A cost comparison. The tools return the statutory employer cost of employing someone in a covered country (employer social contributions, payroll taxes and mandatory levies), built from official rules and exchange rates on the dates shown in each answer. The service is free, needs no account and only reads data: it does not hire, pay, sign up or contact anyone.
It is not legal, tax or employment advice. Figures are estimates on the dates shown; rules change, and a real payroll can depend on facts the tools do not know. Confirm every number with the provider and a qualified adviser before hiring.
The service gives no provider's price. Any Employer of Record fee, entity cost or contractor fee in an answer is the figure you supplied. Countries and dated changes that the dataset does not cover are reported as such (for example "not yet tracked"); that does not mean nothing applies.
The data returned by the tools (employer contribution lines by country and the exchange rates recorded) is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0). You may reuse it, including commercially, if you credit "EOR Scope, eorscope.com", link to the licence and say whether you changed the data. The licence covers the data, not provider names and marks.
Do not use the service to break the law, to overload or attack the server, or to present its figures as legal or tax advice.
The service is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a purpose, to the extent the applicable law allows. It may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time without notice, and tools or countries may be added or removed.
A change to these terms is published on this page with a new date.
